A big congratulations to Thomas, who is celebrating 10 years with the company! We sat down with Thom to find out more about his time at Zest.

Q. What is the appeal of working for Zest?

It sounds like something you'd say in a LinkedIn post to big up the company but there has not been one day during my time here that I've dreaded coming to work and I feel the reason for this, first and foremost, is because of the people. Everyone is always up for a laugh and doesn't take themselves too seriously at any level which gives a relaxed social atmosphere.

Q. How do you feel the company has changed over your time here?

Professional development has been key to my own standing in the business and it's great to see people that joined the company into entry-level positions, much like myself, moving into management and strategic roles.

Q. What are you most excited about for your future at Zest?

From my personal perspective it feels like the company has shifted to a more ambitious mindset and the right people are here to take us to the next level, for both customers and employees. I have been given opportunities and the freedom to get the job done in my own way; if Zest can continue their growth strategy whilst maintaining the culture then I will remain happy!
