I joined zest in July 2021 as a helpdesk advisor. Since joining, from the recruitment process, to training, to where I am now, I have been met with continuous support & motivation from everyone here. I had 0 experience in insurance when I started & zest have helped me to a place where I feel confident in my role. There are plenty of opportunities to grow & evolve here, with additional training always provided if wanted or needed. There is no micro-management and hard work is truly recognised, with additional incentives given on a regular basis. I have been working at Zest since July 2021 as their Office Manager. Since day one, I have been given the freedom to create a way of working that works best for me, combining flexible hours and working between the office and home. I genuinely feel that my experience and what I bring to the company is valued, and the improvements I have implemented thus far have made a positive impact and been well received. This has been such an easy process as the culture is relaxed and friendly and they are open to change. There is no ‘them’ and ‘us’ with senior management and we are all very much part of the same team and there is no micro-managing. There is a strong feeling of positivity and confidence as we strive to accomplish more and make the business even better.
