As a Digital Marketer at Zest, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies. You will leverage your skills in PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and web development to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, etc.).
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform bidding strategies.

SEO Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement effective strategies to enhance organic search visibility.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and backlinks to improve search engine rankings.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are followed.

Web Development Collaboration:
- Work closely with web developers to ensure the website is optimized for user experience, speed, and conversion.
- Assist in maintaining and updating website content, ensuring it aligns with marketing campaigns and SEO best practices.
- Analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging marketing materials, blog posts, and landing pages that drive traffic and conversions.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals for digital campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing initiatives.
- Use data insights to inform future strategies and campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on PPC and SEO.
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and social media advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
